During the aggression of the NATO forces on our Country the protected nature areas, such as national parks, nature reserves and large mountain complex has been bombing targets as well. Their destruction had consequences on the great number of wild plant and animal species, many of them being rare, endangered or protected.
Legal consequences NATO has been violating all the principles of the protection of human environment contained in numerous international documents, especially those adopted on the global and regional level in the framework of the United Nations. The principles op RIO Declaration on environment and development (1992) and Agenda 21 have been violated.
